Our goal is to support you at a place of your choice where you feel most comfortable, this can be at the comfort of your own place or in a shared accomodation with other members of the community.
We will provide and assist you with your transportation needs. Our highly qualified and trained staff will deliver you comfortably and safely from your home to your destination and back.
We believe that just because you have special conditions does not mean you can not explore the world. We understand that not everyone enjoys the same activities hence we will work with you to develop a unique plan based on what you enjoy doing.
We will engage and work with you to understand your goals and build a plan to improve your daily living skills to build your confidence and independence.
